Replace fragmented paper and spreadsheet processes with a dependable product that works for inspectors in the field while preserving company isolation, traceability, and clear decisions.

- Built the product using React, TypeScript, Node/Express, PostgreSQL/Supabase, OCR, and QR verification.
- Designed device registries, inspection decisions, maintenance workflows, automated reminders, and role-based access.
- Developed test coverage for decision logic, certificates, maintenance, and tenant isolation.
- Used AI-assisted development to accelerate iteration while retaining system-level technical ownership and output validation.
